Somerset T&M Solutions is a division of Somerset Capital Group, focused on electronic test equipment leasing and rentals. For more than 40 years, Somerset has offered customized, flexible, and innovative equipment-driven finance solutions that improve operations and increase return, across a range of equipment classes. Leveraging Somerset’s long established infrastructure, processes, and personnel, Somerset T&M Solutions is actively adding Fiber, DAS and Cellular I&M inventory for immediate lease or rent.

Somerset customers install and maintain the networks that tie us together. Our staff is laser-focused on helping the people who install and maintain these networks which are essential to economic growth and public safety.

Executive Leadership – Somerset T&M Solutions

Craig Staub

General Manager – Somerset ATE Solutions / Somerset T&M Solutions

As General Manager, Mr. Staub oversees all phases of the division for the Somerset Capital Group. The Somerset ATE Solutions division rents and leases Test & Measurement equipment, as well leases, refurbishes, re-configures, and re-markets Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to the Semiconductor industry.

Prior to joining Somerset, Mr. Staub held various leadership positions within the semiconductor test equipment and test equipment peripheral industries. He began his career as an applications engineer at Teradyne (a leading ATE manufacturer), and then held product, account, sales, and general management roles at large and small OEMs and third-party service providers.

Mr. Staub graduated from Tufts University, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, daughter, two pets and enjoys cooking and hiking.

Glen B. Smith

National Sales & Support Manager

As National Sales & Support Manager, Mr. Smith establishes relationships with clients and is responsible for national product and service offerings. He is adept at solving clients’ business problems and providing customer-centric, cost saving solutions. Mr. Smith’s 30+ years in the T&M rental and leasing industry has included roles ranging from operations and administrative supervision, applications engineering, and national account management. Mr. Smith has leveraged his long-standing relationships with our OEM partners to provide our clients unparalleled support. He lives in Southern Virginia and enjoys gardening, history and reading.

Heidi Hensel

Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, Ms. Hensel oversees all aspects of Somerset’s operations. She facilitates equipment ordering, calibration, repair, and maintenance, and also oversees warehousing, customer billing, and management of other operations personnel.

Ms. Hensel graduated with a Business degree from Arizona State University and is currently working towards a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, also from ASU.

Ms. Hensel lives in Mesa AZ. She has 4 "almost grown" children and a spoiled golden-doodle named Harvey. She enjoys fine wine, good books, travel and the company of family and friends.

Peter G. Smith

Sales & Marketing Representative

As a Sales & Marketing Representative, Mr. Smith supports new and existing clients and develops Somerset marketing initiatives.

He’s been in the Test & Measurement business for 30+ years and finds customizing the optimal business solution for clients’ particular situations very rewarding. Mr. Smith lives in Pennsylvania and enjoys traveling with family and camping in their RV.
